The Role
When going into investment banking, you have to be prepared to work! However, the people here truly made my internship a great experience.
Morgan Stanley really values the work of its interns. Interns are given quite substantial responsibilities.
Morgan Stanley pairs you with both a mentor and an analyst 'buddy.' These people are there to help you get the most of your internship and they consistently show support and provide feedback.
The internship was a challenge, as it required long hours and a lot of work! However, the skills you learn and the people you meet make it all worth it.
The Company
Morgan Stanley provides a very collegial atmosphere. The company values teamwork, and this is reflected in Morgan Stanley's corporate culture.
Interns received an intensive week of training before being placed on their desks. This training period introduced interns to the tools that would be used on a daily basis.

The Culture
There were several social events organized for the interns.
London is an expensive city!
Although expensive, London definitely has a fun night life... if you don't have to work!
Work was absolutely the main priority. However, Morgan Stanley did offer interns the chance to partake in a half marathon!
