    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The internship overall was fantastic; I got involved with a wide variety of work and got to know a great team.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I felt really welcome in the team due to my colleagues. We went for several team lunches and drinks after work which made me feel really included.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My buddy was great; most of my work was delegated from him and he explained everything really well. I could also go to him when I had questions about the work/the office etc. My people manager arranged for me to attend client meetings which enabled me to have a more round experience.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • At the start of my internship I wasn't that busy so I made sure that people in the team knew that I was available for work. From then on I had plenty of work to do but never felt that there was too much - it was always manageable.
