The Role
Enjoyable year, really supportive atmosphere and great place to work
Felt very included from the beginning, and valued my contributions and ideas
Very impressive support. Weekly catch ups with manager to discuss development and goals.
Consistently busy, a few quiet spells but on the hole, pretty good
Major positive about the internship. Given plenty of responsibility and doing work that was impacting the business.
Focus on 7 core skills that will be really useful going forward. Also developed in technical skills such as excel, powerpoint, and financial management
The Company
Great collaborative atmosphere in the office, everyone very friendly and happy to help out with any issues
Only real disappointment. Second rotation was decided very late and had to chase up a lot of things myself
A lot of focus on personal development. Managers happy to give up their time to invest in you.

The Culture
Fairly large intake of placement students so good social scene. Average amongst colleagues.
In Leatherhead office for first 6 months which is out in Surrey so cheaper, second placement in Kingston, again not as bad as central London
Fairly poor for the reason above. Only one office located in cental London
Good opportunities to take part in social and charity events with variety of teams
