  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was hard and sometimes there wasn't alot to do but if you are proactive and search out people and activities you can tide yourself over the quieter periods

  • Lovely staff always looking out for you

  • The branch I was placed in was very busy so mangment had very little free time but if you were persitant they would give you some time

  • There were times when I was super busy and other times when there was nothing to do but overall it was an okay balance

  • Some days we were expected to just do intern things and others we were doing things managment were doing

  • I have learnt alot of soft skills that I will be able to use in my life after university

  • Friendly staff who always were willing to laugh and smile made it a lovely working environment

  • Handbook set out guide line activities and the application process was easy to follow as you were guided through every step of the process

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • It was very dependant on me to go get what I wanted out of the internship the manager helped set up visits and things but I had to ask for them

  • There are further internships and a grad scheme available to all applicants who succeed in the internship and get a good review

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Everyone was chatty and wanted to organise drinks and things before we left.

  • I worked where I went to uni so I already had cheap rent and food ect

  • It is a student city so the nightlife is very good, there is something on most nights of the week

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • There are opportunities but alot of the time they are based around dates where the placement isnt running or are in areas I wasnt willing to travel to
