  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really enjoyed it, would have like a few more presentations and events to go to.

    • Within my team, I knew I was a valued member.

    • My manager was really great and supported me when I asked her, she did.

    • I was often very busy which is what I asked for!

    • I have covered for several account managers.

    • I don't know how they will have assisted uni, but definately going beyond - it is great to have all this experience behind me.

    • Busy environment

    • Set up well - I didn't have much of a handover period for when I started but this has been resolved with the following year group

    • My manager, on the second month, spent a solid week training me - and I really learnt a lot from this. A lot of it, otherwise, is 'learning on the job'.

    • They have told me that I would be very welcomed back if I choose to move down south.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • I was the only girl and the after-work activities were only football which I did not participate in.

    • Quite expensive/not much to do in Hook anyway.

    • No nightlife.

    • Work offered nothing; I took up other stuff - like guitar lessons
