The Role
Everyone was really nice and I found the mix of work was really good and exciting. I liked the variety and responsibility I was given.
I got on really well with everyone, it's a really caring environment and I was often given good feedback from others.
I was given a lot of support but sometimes my manager was not on site or was not available.
Most days were quite well planned with the right amount of work but I did have to stay late a couple of times.
I was given a lot of responsibility from the outset with my own projects.
My experience was really useful to see what work was using like. I am looking forward to using examples in my dissertation next year.
The Company
The atmosphere in the team was always really fun - everyone got on really well
The placement was generally well planned but i would have liked more training opportunities.
I got a lot of training from my manager but not extra bonuses really
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
I would love to come back as I really enjoyed it here
The Culture
The placement students all lived locally so we went out regularly but the members of my team all lived further away.
Generally pretty good, local pubs and bars aren't great but they are cheap!
Not great but London and Reading are not far
Some opportunities to join sports teams
