The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship because everyone was so lovely and friendly. the reason i didn't give it a 10 is only because this isn't the field of work isn't what i want to go into. However, i would definitely do it again as it has been an amazing experiance.
It has been a real plasure working with the people on my team. They made me feel so welcome and i relly do feel like an intergral part of the team. They are always up fro a laugh, helpful, approachable and they are the reason the internship has been so great. I can't praise them enough.
My mentor has been brilliant. When i first started he would always check that i was ok and knew what i was doing. He involved me in everything and was always happy to answer any questions i had. He was very keen that i got as much out of this internship as i could and gave me lots of opportunities to learn new things. As the internship went on he left me to it which was good but was always there to help should i need it.
The days varied a lot some days i would have several things to do and was very busy and other days was less busy however, you could always ask for more work if you ran out of things to do.
i was given a lot of responsibility and they trusted me with a lot of responsibility as well.
In terms of skills, although i have learned a lot, for me it was more about finding out what i could do, what i was good at and what i needed to work on. It allowed me to fine tune a lot of my skills and really gain insight to what i was capable of. For me it was more about seeing for myself what i was able to do and achieve.
The Company
The atmosphere here is really relaxed and friendly.
You never feel lost during the internship. There is always help at hand and you feel valued. It is very well organised.
I had losts of training whilst i was there and was encouraged to go on any training courses i wanted to

It is definitely a great place to work but if you're after something more corporate this isn't the place for you.
The Culture
There were socials amongst both the interns and the people in my team
Living in london can be pretty expensive but the organisation pays your travel and lunch expenses
It's london it can be as good or as bas as you want it to be
Again, being in the capital there are endless activities that you can participate in. CR-UK also have many events that you can volunteer with
