The Role
I have really enjoyed the work that I have been given. I feel like I have been given responsibility and have been fully involved on current projects. The training I have been given has been very interesting and helpful.
Feel like a valued member of the team and have been made to feel very welcome by the staff.
Had weekly catchups with my mentor. Felt I could ask for help at any time if I needed it.
I was always occupied but never felt under too much pressure from the workload.
I felt I was given a suitable amount of responsibility.
I developed my research skills during my internship which will be very beneficial when I return to University to continue my History degree. The induction days that I attended at the start of my internship gave me a good overview to the organisation and helped me understand how such a big organisation works.
The Company
Very good atmosphere, everyone was very passionate about their work.
The internship scheme was incredibly well organised, there was a specific full-time job role to organise the internship scheme.
I had two full induction days, had training on the relevant company software and received C.V and Interview training.
I would love to return to work for this organisation in the future.
The Culture
A couple of socials were organised in the evenings. Many of the Interns spent their lunch breaks together.
Central London is always going to be expensive!
Many opportunities to volunteer at events.
