The Role
I have done several internships before and for sure this one was the best in terms of having enough real tasks for the analysts to do.
We were treated as equal.
We met senior management at least once per week when they talked about the business and where it is going to us. Senior people in the team also had regular updates with us.
Mostly determinde by the markets.
The work I have done was sent to the clients and was presented to the senior management of the firm.
Variety of transferable skills.
The Company
Most of the time very buzzing
Pretty much all the events started on time. Some social functions did not have enough food.
We had a whole week of training.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Car
Subsidised/Company Gym

The Culture
We had many opportunities to socialise and network both witht MS interns and interns from other banks.
Depends on how far you are ready to go
