The Role
Very enjoyable and worthwhile. Hard work but rewarding.
Colleagues were brilliant, always helpful and approachable.
Very good guidance, had regular meetings to catch us and reflect on progress.
Some days were busier than others, but generally a good balance.
Given responsibility to carry out important tasks.
Great to get practical experience, which will be invaluable in my studies.
The Company
Friendly and lively.
Well organised, had a training plan from Day One.
Put through several training courses and received in team training on performing tasks also.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Offers haven't been made to interns yet, but mobility within the firm is excellent if you get in.
The Culture
Good camaraderie between interns, had lunch together most days and regular nights out after work on Fridays.
Glasgow is relatively cheap compared to London or other big cities.
Excellent nightlife, spoilt for choice!
There were a few but you have to seek them yourself.
