The Role
I did not find the work challenging enough.
My team mates appreciated me.
Not always given proper instructions, however, I was always able to ask someone and then I could get my answer.
Only busy at the beginning and at the end of the day when markets closed.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility, however, many authorisations were to be given for everything you did.
Improved many useful skills such as planning, organizing and working under pressure.
The Company
Always happy colleagues and great discussions at lunch.
No overall plan for learning objectives or weekly agendas.
Did not really invest much in me.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Amazing opportunities within Morgan Stanley due its size and reputation.
The Culture
The interns did make small groups, however, everyone was nice and welcoming
Dont have any benchmark!
GREAT nightlife in Glasgow!
Limited, but present!
