The Role
Was given real responsibility from day one. Was able to take charge of projects, liasing with clients and other Morgan Stanley teams around the globe. This allowd me to see the benefits of my work and add real value to the team
Very much so, once sufficeintly trained colleagues were happy to rely on me to deliver on tasks set.
Excellent support from management. Were happy to discuss any issues you had and scheduled weekly one to ones to discuss progress.
I was reasonably busy from day to day. However much of this required activly lokoing for extra work from other members of the team.
Was given total responsibility for delivering the projects I was set. However, due to the length of the placement I was limited in the responsibility given to me due to system access and the complexity of some of the products.
Invaluable experience into financial services. Extensive training throughout the internship will be very beneficial in the future.
