  • I feel I have progressed most in my communication skills, from giving presentations and dealing with customers directly on a daily basis I am a lot more confident when dealing with people. The training I have received at Millbrook has also improved my technical knowledge with regards to testing to standards or regulations, and has given me a great insight into large engineering sectors such as automotive and aerospace.

  • I currently play football with colleagues every Thursday which is also funded by Millbrook through their sports and social club, there are other sports activities such as badminton which you can get involved in or if you would like to start a club you can do so and apply for subs or complete funding by the sports and social club. During my placement I have also been rock climbing with the rest of the undergrads and had food and drinks on nights out.
