The Role
Total roller coaster but a great challenge
great working environment
The management were always supportive although the year did venture off track from what is planned you never stop learning and developing.
Very Very busy sometimes made it hard to learn the small things to fine tune performance
Full marks for this. this is a proper job with the proper responsibilitys of a multi million pound business. makes it un rivalled experience.
Teaches you things a book or a lecture could never teach you. you really get put in situations you could never prepare for and have to think on your feet.
The Company
On the whole the store had some hard times, however a great bunch of people who were a pleasure to work with.
Started off fantastic then tailed off slightly towards the end. a little bit confusing for my superiors to manage as this placement program is very new to the company.
