The Role
It was such as good experience, I had a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed going to work the next day.
My colleagues treated me as if I was a valued employee from day 1. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable working and spending time with them in and out of work.
My supervisor was always there when I needed help. I could contact them at any time with any questions and when I was working my colleagues were always there to give me guidance when I needed it.
I thought there was a bit too much work on a daily basis. I was inexperienced in the work I was given so it took a bit longer to complete it than anticipated.
I felt that at the beginning the team gave me a few tasks just to make sure I could do the work but as the internship progressed I was graudually given more and more responsbility which was nice to see.
The skills I learned while working will be invaluable in the future as they extend outside of the workplace, particular the communication skills which I gained. I mainly improved my soft skills.
The Company
I felt it was quite a quite environment but this was necessary to allow me to work effectively without being distracted. Overall I thought the atmosphere was welcoming and easy to work in. My colleagues were willing to answer any questions I had.
The internship was very well organised. The only complaint I have is that the work was not as balanced as it could have been.
I was encouraged to learn new skills on the job and also ask any questions about things I was unsure about. Training was provided and I made use of this when I needed it.

Company Parties/Events
I felt the time I spent at the company was a great way to learn how the company works and I would love to come back equipped with the skills and knowledge of the company that I have acquired during the internship.
The Culture
I regularly went out with the friends that I made while working at the company. We spent a lot of time together, especially during lunch and got to build my network.
The cost of living was more expensive than I expected and I was used to, but I felt I adjusted well by managing my budget.
The nightlife was great. I went out with a few of the interns and I tried quite a lot of the clubs in the area. All in all it was great fun.
There were many events that were organised to get the interns to get to know each other better. There were also social events to get to know employees from the company which was a good way to build my network.
