The Role
I really enjoyed working at Hoare Lea and learnt a lot!
The people I worked with were extremely friendly and generous with their time.
There were always people around to help me or give me advice.
I always had things I could be getting on with however it was flexible enough for me to prioritise activities I preferred.
By the end of the placement I was working on real life projects.
I have not only improved my technical knowledge but also gained valuable communication and management skills.
The Company
The atmosphere was often lively and people were chatty.
The placement was well organised on the whole.
Hoare Lea invested a lot of time in my training. The placement was also paid.
Company Parties/Events
A future placement with Hoare Lea is certainly a possibility and I am still in contact.
The Culture
There were two new graduate members that I got along with.
I lived at home but I believe the price of local accommodation is reasonable.
Cardiff nightlife is great with plenty of bars/clubs.
There was a christmas party amongst several meals out.
