  • I really enjoyed working at Hoare Lea and learnt a lot!

  • The people I worked with were extremely friendly and generous with their time.

  • There were always people around to help me or give me advice.

  • I always had things I could be getting on with however it was flexible enough for me to prioritise activities I preferred.

  • By the end of the placement I was working on real life projects.

  • I have not only improved my technical knowledge but also gained valuable communication and management skills.

  • The atmosphere was often lively and people were chatty.

  • The placement was well organised on the whole.

  • Hoare Lea invested a lot of time in my training. The placement was also paid.

  • A future placement with Hoare Lea is certainly a possibility and I am still in contact.

  • There were two new graduate members that I got along with.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I lived at home but I believe the price of local accommodation is reasonable.

  • Cardiff nightlife is great with plenty of bars/clubs.

  • There was a christmas party amongst several meals out.
