  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a really good and insightful experience

    • We were allocated a desk and given a line manger and buddy - both of whom looked after me really well.

    • HR were great - if you had any problems, they could help

    • It definitely will be most useful when I look into careers, although I don't think what I learnt was that relevant to my degree.

    • Fairly well - we spent most of the time in our desk teams

    • Everyone (the other people on the programme and the people who worked at Citi) were all very welcoming and friendly.

    • The team I was in gave me a lot of personal attention

    • I definitely came away with a clear idea what I would like to do in the company

    • A lot, as I spoke to many Citi employees.

    • Excellent accommodation in a hotel in Greenwich was provided

    • There was a drinks evening at a bar one night

    • Definitely - although this programme (Citi Quest) especially if you have a clear idea what division you would like to specialise in.
