  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a great learning experience, I only which there was more direction.

    • Everyone was nice and friendly, however, as a spring intern you are only there for a week so there is only so much you can do.

    • My buddy seemed very busy the entire time I was there, and as a result I felt I had to pester him for information and guidance.

    • You can never understand how a bank works until you spend time in one, so the information I gained was invaluable.

    • There is not a lot of structure; i felt this was better because it enabled me to learn more by asking the questions I thought were relevant.

    • There wasn't really any training, you were just trusted to ask the questions you wanted answers too.

    • I think within the division it gives you an excellent incite as yo can see one job and everything it entails throughout the entire day.

    • This is the same as understanding what a full time role looks like, by being there 24/7 you are getting the entire picture.

    • The fact that you get to see what the jobs really is,means that you can decide whether or not all the positives and negatives are for you.
