The Role
it was a good experience. i met alot of different types of people.
well the job i did was a one person job so others were not too involved with my jobs.
i was given a two day training period which taught me everything i needed to know.
very busy, as i was the only beauty therapist on the floor.
a lot, meaning i had to set up my section and close down myself at the end of the day.
i learned to become a lot more confident and work under pressure and make the most of my time.
The Company
it was good at times, but when it got very busy staff did get tired and didn't look so happy.
It had everything in place. staff badge was ready for me and so was my work place and uniform.
this is due to already knowing how to do most of the tasks which were undertaken during this role, but my management skills definitely improved.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
i would not think there is a lot to do for a beauty therapist in the organisation, as you just stay in the same place but only get to train others.
The Culture
yes they were polite.
very cheap. i knew the place quite well so knew the cheaper places and could afford it.
it was ok. i didnt go out much as i had to go work early in the morning.
not really.
