  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I had a great two weeks with tesco and enjoyed all my time there with them.

    • I was offered a permanent position following my time with them and believe that valued my role.

    • I recieved a little training before i was allowed to take part in normal roles.

    • I learnt a variety of skills including teamwork and how to speak to people. These have all been useful in my degree work.

    • I was never left with nothing to do and things flowed really well.

    • Great atmosphere during the insight. I was always surrounded by friendly and helpful people

    • I reasonable amount of time was invested into me and i believe this definitely increased once i was offered a permanent role.

    • I was carrying out activities that full time workers would be carrying out so i understood what it was like to have a full time role at the company.

    • I met most employees around the store and managed to have chats with them

    • There were no social events while i was in the store.

    • There are a few yearly social events outside of work but none took place while i was there
