    • The presentation of the departments and of what is an investment bank at the begining was not in depth enough. But the skills sessions were really great and I learn a lot during the work shadowing.

    • Extremely structure. Lot of activities. Not time to relax :)

    • Great atmosphere. I had a lot of fun with the other spring interns and the graduates were really cool to.

    • There was a YBA event where you could talk to the deputy CEo, networking drinks and of course the work shadowing

    • RBS grad are so acitve : sports committee, CSR committe... and they really do a lot for charity which is a great think
