Overview
The first day was held in-person while the second day was virtual. It was an amazing experience to deepen my understanding of NatWest as well as to learn from the experiences of inspiring female figures. The opportunity to collaborate on a group project to create a solution based on a real-world scenario was also very engaging.

Yes, it was an amazing opportunity to reflect on my passions, strengths and weaknesses.

Learning about the business and potential roles available definitely gave me a clearer picture towards the path I hope to pursue in the future. It also gave me a better idea of the culture at NatWest.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions. The inviting and warm atmosphere definitely helped to make us feel at ease.
