  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I have learnt a lot whether in terms of knowledge or soft skills, which was really great.

    • People here were really friendly and patient whenever you ask questions.

    • Most skills are very transferable and I think it would benefit me whatever career path i might take in the future.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was well-organized as a whole but I do feel as each day was as compact as another, the Tuesday night Quiz was a bit long for an early sleep to get up early the next day.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Most people i have met were really focused on what I wanted to know and they would try their best to explain as clearly as possible. Especially people in Capital market and it was understandable for sales and trading people has a much faster pace in terms of work.

    • The work shadowing did this part pretty well.

    • There could be more specific talks on this as this is not so obvious during a short week.

    • I know now that I might suit better in desks where there were more analytical component than fast-pace activities such as trading.

    • Yes! the Corporate Social Responsibility activity was one of the example that employees could get involved outside workplace and it was really meaningful to give back to society.

    • Absolutely, this is very useful if you want to know if banking is for you.
