Role Description

Sat through presentations regarding the different businesses within the bank and how they all operate together, the nature of the firm and how they're different from everybody else. A group project, set on the first day, delivered to a panel on the final day.

graduates were very helpful in assisting us when needed, and the presentations delivered by Rothschild staff were useful for our task for the week

work shadowing gave me a pretty good insight of what a job there would be like, and the grads were very honest about the work they do

presentation right at the beginning about the company's history and culture.

very helpful - it helped me eliminate certain areas that I wasn't too interested in, and has helped me to focus on a few other areas that I found more interesting

lunch with grads, networking with directors - fantastic opportunities to learn more about a career in banking from both ends of the career ladder

at times a little rushed, especially with the directors - not that easy to develop such a quick connection in a group of people

work-life balance seems pretty good, and teams do go on short breaks
