About You
thoroughly enjoyable, friendly and welcoming employees
everybody was very approachable, from graduates to directors/MD's
graduates were very helpful in assisting us when needed, and the presentations delivered by Rothschild staff were useful for our task for the week
small hints and tips to make you improve
The Company
fully packed schedule that ran on time throughout.
very friendly
skills workshops
work shadowing gave me a pretty good insight of what a job there would be like, and the grads were very honest about the work they do
presentation right at the beginning about the company's history and culture.
very helpful - it helped me eliminate certain areas that I wasn't too interested in, and has helped me to focus on a few other areas that I found more interesting
Everything Else
travel
lunch with grads, networking with directors - fantastic opportunities to learn more about a career in banking from both ends of the career ladder
at times a little rushed, especially with the directors - not that easy to develop such a quick connection in a group of people
work-life balance seems pretty good, and teams do go on short breaks
a thoroughly enjoyable week
