    • work shadowing gave me a pretty good insight of what a job there would be like, and the grads were very honest about the work they do

    • very helpful - it helped me eliminate certain areas that I wasn't too interested in, and has helped me to focus on a few other areas that I found more interesting

    • travel

    • lunch with grads, networking with directors - fantastic opportunities to learn more about a career in banking from both ends of the career ladder

    • at times a little rushed, especially with the directors - not that easy to develop such a quick connection in a group of people

    • work-life balance seems pretty good, and teams do go on short breaks
