    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • People in the office and the drivers were fantastic they made the job more bearable. Everything else was no where near as good! The location they put me sums it up, was terrible.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Certainly with a few roles, ended up getting the tea and coffee a great deal but was all fun office banter so i didnt mind. Been told i am missed so feel as if i was valued at some point.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • More or less non existent from my manager, only 1 review the whole year no feedback or support given at all. Supervisor tried to step in and take charge, had several meetings with her but over the year not nearly enough support or guidance.

  • Hardly any no projects. Was promised some but never got any. Took charge of one or two little areas but only for a month or two. No direction or programme of work for me at all.
