  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Being an industrial placement student in the Learning and Development team within DHL has been the greatest professional experience of my life! This year I have met people who were very interested in supporting my career and my development, learned a lot about myself and the company and had fun in between!

    • My colleagues have always shown appreciation of my work and supported me when I needed help

    • Fantastic manager and a fantastic team!

    • There were weeks when I was extremely busy and weeks where I was not, but I never felt overwhelmed

    • Loads of responsibility, especially towards the half of the placement

    • My skills were certainly developed and my self-confidence increased as well! I believe the experience I had this year will be a strong selling point for jobs after graduation

    • We did not interact so much as our placements were in different locations, but the time spent working together was great
