The Role
The Company
Open plan office meant that you felt at ease to discuss work or personal stories with others
Very well organised, had a talent manager aswell as a line manager so always had constant support and was very well organised with interventions to help build on skills
Interventions and training were set up to not only build on skills but also give you new ones

The Culture
A lot of placement students ate lunch together each day and also we organised a lot of social activities outside of work
Very cheap as a student city
In Nottingham which is a student city to a lot going on at night
Lots of sports clubs to get involved in as well as csr events
