The Role
Varied on a daily basis.
Worked in a great team, who valued my input and ideas.
My supervisor and manager always ensured I was ok and we had specific meetings to discuss my progress and work load.
I was occupied every day, work load cannot be predicted in this job but its not unrealistic to get it all done in one day !
I had specific areas which I was in charge of and found that higher staff were coming to me for help in these areas !!
Not particularly relevant for my final year but has given me alot of experience and help in deciding what I want to do as a career.
The Company
Loads of banter, as worked with a young team. Also spent alot of time with the other students.
Very well organised, the year ran smoothly.
Lots of internal training in general areas and also specific to my job. No external training.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Very good company to work for.
The Culture
Just like being at uni but with 9-5 job in the day !
Rent is the same as I pay at uni.
Average in High wycombe, but osurrounding areas like oxford, windsor, reading, london have alot to offer.
Speka to staff in the company if you have a particular hobby. They tend to know the area well and can reccomend places.
