The Role
Right amount of work, supported when I needed help, made to feel welcome in the team. Felt like my work was making a difference and was at the right level for me. Very well organised.
I felt valued in terms of the work I was doing as well as extra events and meetings I participated in.
I was always asked if I needed anything. If I have questions, they do not hesitate to help me out.
I was given enough work and rest. More on work of course.
I've earned enough trust to be given a lot of responsibilities.
Invaluable work experience with a reputable name to have on your CV. Recruitment is one of those jobs that demonstrates a lot of transferrable skills
The Company
Loads of energy and because everyone was friends with everyone else, acheivements were recognised and congratulated by all.
Planned from start to finish with a workbook to guide you through and intermediate appraisals available too to keep you on track.
I received specific, thorough training from at least 5 different individuals in their field of expertise, all giving me their full attention whenever I had queries.
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
I would definitely love to work with the company again if given the opportunity.
