  • The work I was given was interesting and enjoyable to undertake.

  • Everyone was friendly and engaging I soon felt part of the team.

  • Work that I undertook was clearing explained and everyone was happy to answer any questions I had.

  • The workload was a good balance, I was never left without work to do.

  • I had a fair amount of responsibility, assisting/undertaking reports.

  • As a result of the placement I was offered a graduate job. C&W use the placement process to recruit graduates, this a good method for both graduates and C&W.

  • My team had a good social scene, this allowed me to get to know my colleagues better.
