  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed it, and a lot of effort was put into training me, but it was often difficult to get hold of any proper work.

  • Was made to feel very welcome socially, but felt like a spare wheel work wise

  • People were very helpful in training me and explaining the pieces of work they gave me

  • Some days I was snowed under with work, and other days I was sitting there staring at a blank screen

  • Not much opportunity to take responsibility or initiative

  • Useful pensions knowledge, and office lifestyle, but I do not want to end up in a pensions department.

  • Very friendly and positive atmosphere. Everyone worked hard

  • Training was planned well, and I was put in a good team. Was difficult to get hold of work.

  • Lots of team and department socials, including random lunches in office canteen

  • centre of london so very expensive
