The Insight Programme involved an introduction to KPMG and the Technolgy service line. This provided an opportunity to get a feel for the company's culture, and get to know what our potential future colleagues are like. The Insight Programme was a total of 3 days, with an assessment on the final day....

  • Women In Technology Insight Program

There were brief sessions with each of the sub-divisions within technology such as cyber, engineering, financial modelling etc on the first day, along with an introduction to a case study and time to work on a presentation in teams. The second day was a chance for a more in-death look at some departments and the opportunity to speak to graduates in smaller groups to ask questions and learn more about KPMG. There was also a presentation given on day two to a member of the business. On the third day all participants took part in the virtual launch pad to potentially secure a place on the following years summer internship program. This consisted of a group discussion around a case study, a reflection exercise on this, and an interview with a senior member of the technology division....
