The Role
Really enjoyed it!
Colleagues were really friendly and helpful, felt like part of the team.
Was given an outline of each task to do, and then had to decide how best to approach it myself which I think was perfect because it made me think.
Always had something to do, some days were busier than others but overall a good balance
Was given some important tasks to do
Gained some news skills that I'll be able to use in my degree and once I graduate as well
The Company
Good positive atmosphere, but everyone was focused on getting their work done as well.
It was very well organised
All the team were very good at explaining different things that I hadn't heard of before - they took the time to explain everything quite well.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Would definitely like to work in Allianz in the future.
The Culture
Yes
Expensive compared to other places.
Good variety, and close to London as well.
As much as one is willing to get involved in
