The Role
I received a great support from other colleagues.
I felt values by the colleagues.
I was given enough support so it the work undertaken.
There were some peak times when I was so busy, but also sometimes I had more time for myself.
At the beginning I didn't have much responsibility, but later I was the owner of some roles in the real projects.
I became more confident and improved my communication skills. They are definitely important for my future career. Also I highly improved my IT Skills
The Company
There was a good bal;ance between fun and actual work.
At the beginning it was hard to assign me some tasks.
