  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Work was tough and the introduction to the tools and systems was limited which didn't help, but overall I would say I got a lot out of the placement

  • Everyone seemed approachable and was happy to spend time with me

  • Good level of support

  • I had quite full days without being snowed under with work

  • I was given responsibility for certain things which allowed me to increase my visibility within the team

  • I have learnt a couple of software languages, along with some other soft skills, which will be useful going forward

  • A very quiet office

  • It was my manager's first time having a placement student so could have been better organised but overall was fine really

  • I wasn't sent on any training courses or anything, I just learnt things as I went along

  • It was good although due to personal circumstances I was unable to get involved very often
