  • The job role was really extensive and let me have an insight into all areas of a systems web-development team.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • The team welcomed me with open arms. We have had team activites outside of work where we get to know eachother better.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I have been given great support by my manager, given projects that allow me to explore the roles in my team that I have a keen interest in.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • At the begining the work load came in waves but after I was given training and gained experience I was able to conduct analysis in more projects which leveled this out. Being the project co-ordinator of my own project meant that I could adjust the work levels week by week to keep a healthy balance.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given training at the start of the year that all analysts on my team have to take, this meant that I was able to conduct the same tasks as those on my team. Being a project co-ordinator I am responsible for the outputs from the actions under taken in this project and have to present my progress regularly.

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
