  • Job shadowing was a good element of the insight week. While one can never truly know what it is like to have a full time role, the job shadows serve as a good taster.

    4/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • The insight week definitely helped a lot in terms of understanding company culture. Knowing the company culture is so important before landing a full time job. Your personality should match the organisation culture, just like a perfect couple. At the end of the week I definitely knew that this was an environment I would love to be a part of.
