  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Frst day was mostly just presentations but second day was alot more interactive and we also had 1 on 1 work shadowing which was really good

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • The HR took the intiative to organise a CV clinic for those waiting for interviews on the last day though it wasn't planned which I felt was really nice of them

    • Mostly knowledge about Investment Banking and the different business lines which are similar within the industry.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • We were never waiting for things to happen. Rotations and swapovers went smoothly.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Brought down for the talks many senior employees at the firm incuding MDs.

    • Work shadowing helped alot though the talks were more general as they had to cover many divisions.

    • Given that it covered so many business areas, highly useful for anyone who is undecided on career paths in a full service Investment Bank.

    • There was networking at the end of the first and second days.

    • Bowling on the second day was definitely fun and a different experience from te usual networking events.

    • For people undecided on which business line to go for applying for Summer, this is definitely highly useful
