    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • It was very well structured - rather than focusing on one narrow part of the bank, we had the opportunity to learn about each different area through a range of presentations, Q&A sessions, interactive activities and conversations with graduates, and the way it was put together made it interesting.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • Plenty - throughout the program we had the opportunity to interact with employees, and on the first and last nights there were networking events, and there is another opportunity for those on the spring program to network this summer.
