  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Great insight into the bank. Learned a lot about the various departments within CBD.

    • Very impressed by the amount of time invested in us. The employees at RBS were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. Definitely a place I'd like to work at.

    • Received guidance from current RBS employees at various levels. Grads offered us advice for the short term and Directors for the long term.

    • Naturally not a lot of skills picked up since it is just a week long program. However, great to know the departments all fit into the RBS family.

    • Very well structured. Squeezed in activities, job shadowing, skills sessions, networking and departmental presentations all within one week.

    • Met some great new people and thoroughly enjoyed the week long stay in the heart of London.

    • Would have liked to complete a couple more rotations, but can't expect more from a week long insight.
