  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very enjoyable week with really great people

    • Obviously we weren't going to get any sort of responsibility but they did make a real effort with us.

    • Lots of helpful advice from current Grad scheme workers.

    • Wont hep me in my degree but ti will help with future job applications and interviews.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Always knew where we were going and we were always expected.

    • Really great atmosphere between both the other spring interns and the current RBS staff.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • If you progress onto the summer intern then they invest in you heavily but for the spring week it felt a bit like an assessment before they invested in you.

    • Lots of opportunities to speak to current staff and get a feel for what it is like there on a day to day basis.

    • Again speaking to the current workers made the company culture clear

    • Good networking drinks on both the Monday and Friday, both really well organised and executed.

    • Again, twice in one week.

    • Not so much, although to be fair i didn't ask.
