The Role
Had a good time, met nice people and learnt a great deal.
I think I did, i was treated as anyone else, and made to feel par of the team.
People were always there to help and give guidance, expecially my line manager and construction manager.
Very busy, but it is just how i like it.
given my own block to ensure it was done correctly.
Invaluable experience.
The Company
Very pleasant; series most of the time, but allowed there to be plenty of laughs.
Everything was seamless and straightforward.
Was given the chance to learn plenty of new skills, and as a sponsored student now have the best opportunity to work for them once i graduate.
Healthcare/Dental
Am now a sponsored student, and should hopefully have a job when i graduate, and fully intend to accept if offered.
The Culture
Went on a few nights out with colleagues, but many lived far away due to nature of industry, so probably not as many others.
Was in Newbury in West Berkshire, which is a similar level in price to my home town, so not much different, but relatively expensive.
Very good, plenty going on and nice area.
There were some inter-company sporting events that I has the opportunity to go to, but had other plans at the time.
