  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Really exciting and useful experience. I learnt more than I had expected and improved some key skills - teamwork, presentation skills, public speaking etc. I really enjoyed the opportunity to talk with experienced professionals and learn more about their work.

    • Most of the people I met during the insight week emphasised how important are the interns for RBS and made me feel proud of being part of that program.

    • There was always someone I could ask for support. Basically we were supervised all the time.

    • All the information and exercises were relevant. I already see how can I use what I've learnt in the future.

    • There must have been more work shadowing sessions.

    • All the sessions were interactive so you never got bored. Sometimes I felt overloaded with information.
