  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Found it very stimulating to see areas of the company that were completely new to me such as Cooprate Security Services.

    • Everyone was treated very well and they designed the programme well to fully maximise engagement.

    • Lots of giudance on future career prospects at RBS and the stages of career progession.

    • Learned a great deal about team work and presentation skills during the assessment excercises. In addition interview practice was also very helpful.

    • Very well structured and covered a great deal over a 5 day period. Included job shadowing, talking to managers and graduates.

    • Very friendly and made everyone feel valued. Many interesting and diverse people to enhancing a buzzing and exciting atmosphere.

    • Yes plenty of opportunities to meet employees from various departments across the organisation.

    • Very well done. Planty of time to get to know peopl from within the organisation. Great atmosphere!
