About You
Really friendly and managed to learn alot
We were treated really well and it felt really welcoming
We received alot of guidance and support from the grads there as well as from the managers
I would say it gives a clearer picture on what modules to pursue during my degree studies to work towards what i would like as a future career.
The Company
It was well structured. Orderly and organised. Could be a day longer.
It was calm, welcoming and friendly.
we attended many workshops and managed to interact with higher management, which was a really good experience
we did not have much time at rbs however it did give a brief idea on how things worked there.
the company culture reflected really well on everyone. Its friendly and helpful atmosphere made it comfortable to be around.

Was reimbursed accommodation and train tickets.
yes there were. Not only the employees of the company however with higher management as well
really fun, managed to talk to several people on the management board as well as people on the grad scheme. Got to see their perspectives on career paths
yes. RBS offers many opportunities that employees can get involved outside of work
definitely. it is a great stepping stone for any insight within banks. Really comfortable and not a hostile environment to learn
