About You
It was my first job and I really enjoyed. Boosted my interest in banking to a new peak.
Everyone was very helpful and it was very nice to meet graduates at RBS.
The networking event was particularly helpful and that I believe is a valuable skill I gained for life.
The Company
A mix of interesting presentations and rotations on the desks were very helpful.
The trading simulation organised was very interesting and very enjoyable.
The insight was just 4 days. There wasn't anything bad but I wanted more time on the desk to learn more from the graduates.
The insight really showed me what the culture of RBS really is. Everyone was very friendly.
The insight made me realise on which desk I wanted to work.
Everything Else
All my accommodation and travel expenses were paid.
The networking event in the beginning gave us valuable skills to meet and greet senior management of the company.
The general knowledge quiz organised was not very interesting.
My rotations on the desk were just 1.5 hours long which didn't give us much opportunity.
It was an interesting and valuable experience which everyone who is looking for a career in Markets and banking in general should try to have.
