  • The programme was a good mix of fun, learning and networking

  • RBS constantly emphasized how much effort they put into graduate trainings and it was evident from the culture at the bank as well as from my talks with the analysts on the desk rotations

  • analysts who participated on the programme did so voluntarily and as such were extremely helpful and friendly

  • the first part of the programme emphasized alot on soft skills such as networking and client relations which will definitely help in the long term career.
