It was a great way to get your feet wet in the industry of you choice. You get a real insight on what you would be doing as a full time employee. Also you get to meet great people through networking events and more!

I really enjoyed the warmth and the "Family like" relationship at Citi. From HR to analysts and VP's, everyone was there to help make the experience the best possible.

Throughout the whole process we were supported by everyone at the company. Whether it was to find the location of a conference room to helping on a project on hand, the Citi employees were there whenever we needed something.

The amount of knowledge I gained from this program was beyond anything i expected. I learned so many different aspects of investment banking, and in general corporate finance, that I did not know before. This allowed me to better understand what is going on in the economy and in the world of finance around me.

I believe the structure couldn't be better. We had a lot of time with our business area and in addition we had many networking events that allowed us to meet highly regarded professionals and get to know their experience at Citi.

I really enjoyed every aspect of this program. From the great dynamic my team had in the office to the fun atmosphere set by the students, I truly believe this week was fun in nature.

Citi invested a lot in me. I was given many different tasks in which the employees took their time to teach me and develop my skills that were needed.

Throughout the program I got a chance to truly experience the role I would have as a full timer within the company. I was given tasks and projects, and attended meetings in which I got to experience a day-to-day life of a full time employee at Citi.

I got to experience the international culture at Citi. I was in a team within the IBD that included people from over 5 different countries. This aspect along with wonderful dynamic of Citi helped me understand the wonderful culture at Citi.

Yes! There were many different opportunities to meet other employees for networking. For example, after attending a meeting with members from another division, i had a chance to sit with an employee from the other division and asked him different questions on his experience at Citi and his role within the specific project the meeting was concerning.

We had many different networking events that took place throughout the week including a very fun boat ride on the Thames river where we got to meet some of the industry's top professionals.

I had a chance to 'small talk' with employees within the team and find out what they do outside of work and how they had a chance to get involved in different community projects outside of work.

I have already recommended this insight to many friends of mine in my school as i found it to be a great experience!
