    • The rotations around the different functions of my division worked seamlessly and followed each other really well.

    • The atmosphere was always friendly, as everyone was willing to help me understand their role in the business.

    • We were given extensive time to shadow different employees within the division, which really helped me learn a lot.

    • The recent graduates and people I shadowed gave me a good overview of what a job at Citi would entail.

    • We were able to get reimbursed for our travel expenses.

    • There were plenty of opportunities, although some were a bit short, making it difficult to really get a conversation flowing.
