  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Absolutely loved it. It was well organised, extremely insightful and everybody was very helpful and supportive

    • No feelings either way. They made us feel very welcome but owing to the fact that we were learning the majority of the time I didn't feel we could contribute in such a way that would make us a valuable asset

    • Everybody was incredibly supportive throughout and taught me a lot

    • The week will be extremely useful in my career development

    • Good rotation system and right balance of work shadowing/presentation-type stuff

    • Good general atmosphere and staff were all very friendly

    • Introductory presentation and interview skills session were both good for personal development

    • By rotating around various desks and having been listened to presentations on Citi there was plenty of information on what it would be like to have a full-time role with them

    • Generally it was very insightful, although as an intern for a week it is of course difficult to grasp exactly the culture

    • My future decisions have certainly been affected, (positively), by the expereince

    • Citi were incredibly generous with their reimbursement

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Multiple events allowed us to network and learn about other divisions

    • It would have been nice to have met some more senior employees at the networking events but generally they were well structured and enjoyable
